My name is Jane, I’m a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Yoga Therapy Instructor. I have been successfully treating people with Sports & Remedial physical therapy since 2007 running my own small business.

Over time, I’ve witnessed how lifestyle choices, emotional well-being, and environmental factors can significantly impact overall health, and this has fueled my desire to learn, share, and help others discover balance and vitality through holistic practices. For me, holistic health is not just a philosophy—it’s a way of life.”
The class will guide you through gentle, targeted stretch techniques, including- static, dynamic, active, passive, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), and somatic, to help restore natural movement and improve overall well-being.
