*NEW* Freestyle Yoga with Amy
Freestyle Yoga (FY) – A yoga class using traditional yoga postures, stretches and sequence flows with fitness in mind. FY will help build your strength, improve your flexibility and work on your mobility, as well as connecting you to your body with your breath.
This is a 60 minute class. Starting the class working on your mobility and warming up the muscles ready to add some more intensity with our flow sequences to strengthen your whole body. The last part of the class we slow it down with some yoga stretches to help improve your flexibility and enjoy the different breathing techniques to help you connect to your body. We always finish with a stillness relaxation to restore, reward and thank our bodies for working hard everyday.
You will learn how to identify the body’s stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve their posture and move with more confidence.
